For drywall finishers that are restricted cleaning their tools at their jobsite outside they can purchase a low cost 15 gallon wash station that requires less than 5 gallons of fresh water for all their cleaning needs for under $1000. Pour water into tank, spray clean tools in about 5 minutes then cycle dirty water into a bucket for disposal. You can capture settled compound for reuse. Wash station is easily moved around site. There is a new electric version of the Drywall tool wash station for a little over $1000. There is no need for two pieces of equipment (pump and compressor) for Leed Compliant Jobs. We have added a splash guard on the back of the pump to clean the longer tools such as a Tape Apla-Cator or Bazooka. This is an optional accessory for the Spray Pumps.
